UPDATE: Crime Stoppers fugitive, Dylan Ray Dorsey, has been captured. Dorsey was arrested Tuesday afternoon in a west Amarillo home. Dorsey was taken to the Potter County Correctional Center for his warrant of burglary of a habitation.
