Tonight - Partly Cloudy
Hi 90° | Low 53°
A weak cool front will try to move into the northeastern corner of the High Plains Wednesday night and early Thursday and that, combined with an upper-level storm system moving from Kansas into Oklahoma might be enough to spark an isolated shower or thunderstorm along a line from Clayton, NM, to Canadian. Most of us will be dry and mild tonight as overnight lows drop into the mid 50s to the lower 60s by sunrise on Thursday. Winds will be breezy and blow from the southeast at speeds averaging 15-25 mph with some occasional higher gusts. Skies will be clear to mostly clear Wednesday evening with partly to mostly cloudy skies by sunrise on Thursday.

***SEVERE T-STORMS POSSIBLE THURSDAY AFTERNOON***
Thursday will be the first day in a series of days that will give us better rain chances each and every afternoon and evening hours! Now, that means that it won't rain EVERY day, but at least we will have a chance for showers and t-storms during each and every day. Given the time of year, we're also going to be keeping an eye on the possibility of severe weather as well. Any storms that develop Thursday afternoon will have the potential for large hail, damaging winds, and perhaps an isolated tornado. Stay tuned to Storm Search 7 for updates on the possibility of severe weather. High temperatures will rise into the 80s to around 90 degrees as southerly and southeasterly winds at 15-25 mph blow throughout the day. Mostly cloudy skies Thursday morning will become partly cloudy during the afternoon hours.

What would the Memorial Day weekend be without chances of showers and t-storms during the afternoon and evening hours? Well, this Memorial Day weekend will be no different as mostly sunny morning skies becomes partly cloudy during the afternoon as scattered showers and t-storms develop after 3pm. High temperatures will rise into the 80s to near 90° as southeasterly morning winds at 15-25 mph shift to the south and during the afternoon hours. There is a chance that some of the storms could be strong or possibly severe, so stay tuned to Storm Search 7 for the latest on this severe weather potential!

Hi 92° | Low 63°
Sunday will be another day of plenty of sunshine during the morning and early afternoon hours...then skies will become partly to occasionally mostly cloudy with isolated showers and t-storms developing during the late afternoon and lingering into the evening hours before dissipating around midnight. High temperatures will still warm into the upper 80s to the mid 90s as southerly winds at 15-25 mph during the morning shift more to the south and southwest in the afternoon at the same average speeds.
