Clovis Fire authorities confirmed that a fire at a dairy has occurred. A spokeswoman for the fire department is saying that hay bales have been burning for more than an hour.
The fire is not with in the city limits but in the rural parts of the county.
Curry county has been under a burn ban since April 15, 2012.
It is unknown at this time which dairy is experiencing the fire. More details will follow as authorities deal with the situation.
